Safety First.
As a company, Crisp and Crisp Inc. recognizes the importance of creating and maintaining a safe work environment for its employees and also the public. Our policy is that safety must start with senior management and filter down through channels with each level accountable to the one above and responsible for the one below. Safety must be integrated into every decision, from good house keeping all the way to contractual agreement with out clients.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve on our current safety program and instill a since of awareness in all of our people.
-Each employee is required to take a drug screening before employment and is subject to random testing on an annual basis.
-All employees are required to complete the OSHA 10 class at time of employment.
-C&C also implements a documented site specific training program for each employee consistent with the task they will be performing.
Crisp & Crisp is based in a small mountain community with many of our employees living in the same area. Our employees are more than just people we work with, they are friends and neighbors.
It is our number 1 priority to make sure our people come home injury free.
